GRN Interactive Information Portal (IIP)

The GRN IIP is designed to facilitate the dissemination of research results and communication among those interested in the issues of HIV prevention in drug-using populations. Specifically, the GRN IIP is to act as:

  • a one-stop, integrated, credible source of information on research, emerging observations and patterns from the field, as well as services and other program activities.
  • a location to contact, query, and discuss with others, and to establish new collaborations and partnerships (e.g., research with research, program with research, program with program)
  • an effective marketing tool for GRN to operate as an evidence-based organization in dissemination of information through its state-of-the-art collection and by increasing the number of contributors;
  • a self-populating database of contributor listings under various categories (e.g., research, programming, policy) of HIV prevention, and regions of the world.
